Remuevo poco a poco.

"My English" recipe´s version_ made with

Ingredients:
  • dark chocolate topping (for the bonbon shirt, outside)
  • golden powders
  • crunchy speculoos cream
  • toffee sauce (see recipe here)
Preparation:
In a bowl I put the chopped chocolate or candy melts and take it to a bain-marie so that it melts completely. Mix little by little.
Once everything is melted, I pour the chocolate on a flat surface or marble plate so that it loses temperature and acquires the perfect point. I pick it up with a spatula and spread it well in a silicone or methacrylate chocolate mold that I have painted with a little gold powder. I fill the cavities well, turn it around and remove the excess and leftover chocolate. I let it cool for at least a couple of hours. That will be the shirt (coverage of our chocolates).
I take this time to make the toffee (see recipe here) After the cooling time of the bonbon shirt, I fill them with a little speculoos cream and a pinch of toffee. Once I have all the fillings, I seal the bonbon, for this, I pour the melted dark chocolate on top, cover all the bonbons and with a spatula, remove the excess.
I let them cool for about 24 hours. Unmold carefully and enjoy these sweets.
